Symptoms

On : 17.9.0.2 version or earlier of Unifier

When attempting to reply to an email that was sent from an EXTERNAL mailbox, the following error occurs.

Unifier Notification
Unifier has identified the following invalid, or forbidden, tags or attributes:

div ["dir"], < address@domian> wbr, span ["lang"]

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Unifer and open a Shell that has mail in Shell Mailbox from External User
2. In the mailbox of the Shell there is an email from an external user.
4. Open the email and click reply
5. When the user clicks Reply and Send, this is when the error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to respond to emails received from an external source.
