When attempting to view reports in P6 Web, using the Reports tab, the following error occurs:
No data is available because your P6 user name is not valid for connecting to the reporting database. To resolve this issue, contact your administrator.
STEPS TO DUPLICATE:
1. Log into P6
2. Select 'Reports' tab
3. Observe Error
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view reports in P6 EPPM
