Reports in P6 EPPM Oracle Cloud Environment Are Not Accessible When BI Comsumer Role Is Not Assigned to Users

Symptoms

When attempting to view reports in P6 Web, using the Reports tab, the following error occurs:

ERROR

No data is available because your P6 user name is not valid for connecting to the reporting database. To resolve this issue, contact your administrator.

STEPS TO DUPLICATE:
   1. Log into P6
   2. Select 'Reports' tab
   3. Observe Error


BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view reports in P6 EPPM
