Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the user removed the existing contact from Lead and enter a free-text at Contact, the contact related fields are not getting reset.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When the user removed the existing contact from Lead and enter a free-text at Contact, the contact related fields should get auto reset.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Log in as a Sales Rep>>Go to Leads
2.Create Lead>>select & add an existing contact to the Lead.
3.Account name, contact phone, jot title & contact email gets auto populated.
4. Remove the contact and enter a contact name as free text and save.
5. The earlier details as auto populated from the previous contact are still there and are not reset to blank.

Due to this issue, Contact related information not getting synced with the present associated contact
