Test Connection of Eloqua Cloud Adapter Fails In ICS (Doc ID 2383034.1)

Symptoms

On ICS 18.1.3.0.2, test connection of Eloqua Adapter is failing when the role being used is "Trigger and Invoke"

The test connection fails with the error below


oracle.ics.webconsole.common.exception.GeneralException: ICS-10977: Unable to test the connection. Error code : oracle.ics.common.exception.NonICSRuntimeException: CASDK-0004: Failed to authenticate against the application with the credentials provided.

Caused by: java.io.IOException: Connection to Eloqua was successful, but connection to Eloqua App Framework could not be verified. Such a connection can only be used with INVOKE role.
