Symptoms
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis
When attempting to drill down from any Smart View report, the following error occurs.

"You can only drill from Smart View into detail balances, but not to Account Inspector. All chart of accounts segment values must be detail values. (GL-781721)"
Having AFLOG enabled shows in the server logs the error:
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Smart View Report
2. Click on a balance column (f.e Actual) and click on Drill-through icon in the ESSBASE Menu tab.
Other Facts:
1. The error is happening on ALL smart view reports
