Issue with ICS bridge from Sales to Service (RightNow)
After receiving the the August 2017 (2017 C) update via Rightnow, we are now experiencing an issue with the ICS bridge back to Service from Sales.
Test connection fails.
Unable to test connection "SERVICE_CLOUD". [Cause: CASDK-0003] Unable to test connection "SERVICE_CLOUD". [Cause: CASDK-0003]
- CASDK-0003: Unable to parse the resource, https://xxx/services/soap?wsdl. Verify that URL is reachable, can be parsed and credentials if required are accurate
- WSDLException: faultCode=INVALID_WSDL: Invalid XML in document at: https://xxxx/services/soap?wsdl, line: 1, column: 1: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: : XML-20108: (Fatal Error) Start of root element expected.
