Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After termination, the user account is still active even though 'Revoke User Access Immediately' was selected upon termination.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the user account to no longer be active.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, terminated user still has access to Fusion applications.
