Fusion BI Publisher - "DeliveryException" Error In BI Report While Using FTP Delivery With External Server - Packet length is exceeding the maximum allowed length (Doc ID 2383390.1)

Symptoms

When using FTP Delivery as 'Delivery Destination' to external sFTP server on jobs with a large number of files, Oracle Delivery API fails with below error:
