In a New Oracle Hosted Cloud Environment, Company Administrator Designated Users Cannot Access Required Unifier Nodes (Doc ID 2383563.1)

Symptoms

Whenever a new Oracle Hosted Unifier cloud environment is provisioned and made available for a customer, there is a "Unifier Cloud Provisioning Bulletin" that is sent to two Company Users that the customer has identified as needing access to the environment as Company Administrators. No company users should have access to the actual Company Administrator (coadmin) user.  However, the two Company Users that receive the provisioning bulletin are supposed to be members of the Cloud Administrators Group and that group should have all of the same permissions and access as the Company Administrator User.

In this case, when one of the identified Company Administrator users logged into the cloud environment for the first time, they did not have sufficient access to give themselves additional permissions or access any required Company Workspace nodes.
