Employee Not Able To See Feedback

Facing an issue with the anytime feedback feature, in the Directory - Public Information page.
When giving a feedback to a colleague, everything is working as expected : you can create a note, select the visibility option and see the feedback given.
But when connecting as the employee that received the feedback, it is not visible even if the visibility has been set to “everyone”.
Tried to add the employee standard role to the user with the issue but the feedback remains not visible for him.
He can see now the Feedback Icon / Section, but Feedback count shows 0 (zero).
Does the employee needs a specific privilege to see the feedback ?
