Schedule Percent Complete Field not Calculated in Prime

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Schedule % complete column is not being calculated - all activities show 0% no matter the status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The column should be calculated with the actual percentage of the completed activity

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch Prime Project
  2. Go to the Schedule App
  3. Go to Activities
  4. Make sure Schedule % Complete column is displayed
  5. Make sure a Baseline is set
  6. Schedule the project
  7. Observe the Schedule % Complete is 0 for all activities
