PaaS to SaaS integration Issue:Extension pages are not getting rendered inside HCM cloud.

Symptoms

If you are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer, there are multiple sections in this document that not be performed by you. Please log a Service Request in My Oracle Support for Oracle to do this for you.

  Customer create a custom extension page using ADF, deploy on JCS-SX of PAAS environment and integrate with HCM using page integration. The users is unable to see the page inside HCM container.

The user logged on to HCM using the user available on PaaS, but when click on custom extension icon, it is expected to open extension with in HCM cloud, but unable to see page.

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log on to HCM cloud with the user synchronized on SaaS and PaaS
  2. Click on Job Mapping configuration Icon
    THE CONTENT PAGE IS BLANK
