Service Request List View Page Columns Order Is Shuffled After Release 13 Upgrade (Doc ID 2384705.1)

After the Release 13 upgrade, the customer noticed that the columns order on the Service Request Landing page layout did not match the order they had in Release 12.

The Landing Page layout columns ordering should remained as it was prior to the Release 13 Upgrade.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login Customer Service Manager or Customer Service Representative user
2. Navigate to the Service Request landing page
