When using any global search errors display:
You do not have permission or an application error has occurred. Try the search again or contact your system administrator. FND-6603
The search results may be incomplete because some applications are not currently available for search. FND-6602
Reproduce by Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage requisitions
2. enter supplier name in global search.
3. get errors
