Goal

 Remote Region error on Manage Corporate Card task-->Create button
 

Common Domain-->FunctionalSetupServerDiagnostics LOG shows below

ALL: Remote Region error #21: An uncaught exception was thrown on the producer at "http://fin-internal.oracleoutsourcing.com:port#/payables/rr/" while trying to run an ADF Taskflow.
javax.servlet.ServletException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.apps.fnd.applcore.messages.ApplcoreException, msg=JBO-IBY:::IBY_CC_ENCRYPTION_DISABLED: <MESSAGE><NUMBER>IBY-825452</NUMBER><TEXT>You must enable credit card encryption before creating a new customer credit card.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>
