Symptoms
Below errors are seen in newly provisioned DBaaS Instance:
The issue can be seen for either of below activities
1. First Time Backup of the DBaaS instance when backup type is "OSS" or "OSS and DISK"
2. Doing an "Instantiation from Backup" or "Replace Database using Backup" (ibkp) on the DBaaS instance
