Symptoms
When attempting to edit a subinventory to re-activate an end dated subinventory the following error occurs.
ERROR

You cannot edit the material status of this subinventory because pending transactions are associated with it. (INV-215348)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Subinventory and locators
2. Edit subinventory defined and set as active
3.Save and close
4.Error occurs
