Unable to Create Project/Shell Due to the System Error

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
Users are unable to create Projects/Shells. Unifier is throwing this error. "The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your system Administrator if you are still having problems".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------

  1. Login Unifier
  2. Go to company workspace
  3. Company Sponsored Shells, select the shell type, New
  4. Click "Select..." button for Project location/Path, got error :

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your system Administrator if you are still having problems.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The application should work without error when user select project location/Path.
