BICS: Issue in Recognizing Text Datatype

Symptoms
On : Business Intelligence Cloud Service
- Facing an issue regarding to the analyst in BICS not recognizing variable data type in the text presentation field when creating a dashboard prompt.
- In more details, the analyst only recognized the text data type when added '' (in quotation mark).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Dashboard Prompt >> Label >> Scenario
2. Check Boxes Values >> Custom Values >> 'FORECAST'
3. Options >> Default Selection >> Specific Custom Value >> 'FORECAST'
4. Formulae in analyst >> filter("W_F_OM_SALES_FORECAST"."WEEKLY_AMT_VND" using "W_D_YEAR"."CAL_YEAR" = @{YEAR_VAR}{2017} AND "W_D_MONTH"."CAL_MONTH" <= @{MONTH_VAR}{3} and "W_F_OM_SALES_FORECAST"."SCENARIO" = @{SCENARIO_VAR}{'FORECAST'}/1000000000
5. Results in dashboard: Prompt Values shown in Prompt>> Scenario >> 'FORECAST' , 'AOP' , FORECAST
6. Prompt Selected in dashboard : FORECAST
7. Error : View Display Error
Error generating view: Error getting cursor in GenerateHead
