REL13UPG – Manage Customers - Account greyed out and Site Number No Longer Displayed (Doc ID 2385583.1)

Goal

If we first go under Navigator/Customer Data Management/Data Import and then search for a customer, we cannot access to the account and site level of the customer displayed. Moreover, the site number no longer appears on screen.

Step to reproduce the error (see in attachment for more details) :
1) Go to Navigator/Customer Data Management/Data Import
3) Go to Navigator/Receivables/Billing, click on Task/Manage Customers and search for a customer


The account level is greyed out and the site number is no longer displayed on screen.

Workaround:
Log out/ Log in
