Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Close Accounting Period-Close Ledgers

When attempting to open an accounting period, the process ends in error and the process logs shows the error below.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Segment 8  has a value 20 which is taken in the cubes as [8-20]
2. The Calendar periods are defined as 'MM-YY' , in the cubes this dimension is defined as [8-20] (for the corresponding 8 month and year 2020 )
3. Any operation that requires an update to the cubes using this value will return an error since for the cubes we have a duplicate member ID 8-20.

Due to this issue, users cannot open a period, post journals which is affecting their daily operations.
