Symptoms
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Global Payroll
System is not allowing us to create the branch with branch name = 113000025 and branch number = 113000025.
ERROR

The Routing Number field is invalid. Enter a correct value for the Routing Number field (CE-660076)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup and Maintenance
2. Manage Bank Branches > Go to Task
3. Add
4. Attempt to add a record with Routing Number=113000025
5. Error message displayed
