CDM: "Reassign" Button In Address Cleansing Needs To Be Labeled As "Reject"

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When editing an Address Cleansing Batch, the button to reject an address is labeled "Reassign".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The button should be labeled "Reject".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Customer Data Management > Data Cleansing
3. Click on task 'Manage Address Cleansing Batches'
4. Edit a batch that has "Action Required" under "Cleansing Status"
5. Select a country under the first "Cleansed Address Results" section
6. The Actions > Reassign and the Reassign button should be Reject

The documentation also refers to this action as "reject".
