Oracle ERP Cloud Adapter Is Not Finding The BaseUrl Nor The BaseSslUrl While Deploying/activating (Doc ID 2385750.1)

Symptoms

The requirement is to  configure a SOA Composite with Oracle SOA Cloud Services that can be triggered when an event in the Oracle ERP Cloud happens. In the present use case,  Purchase Order Event is used.
User  configured the Adapter in exposed services of composite and went through the wizard. Selected  Business event corresponding to the Purchase Order, then associated that adapter to a BPEL process and deployed it. But while deploying it following error is generated:
