Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, Receipts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a receipt from the UI, the Receipt Method is not visible

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Receipt Method should appear

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Receivables
2. Go to Accounts Receivable
3. Select Create Receipt from Tasks Panel
4. Click drop down arrow next to Receipt Method


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create receipt.
