Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Email Type LOV has wrong type as the default

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer would like to change the default value of Account -> All Emails -> Email Type LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OSC as Sales Rep
2. Navigate to Accounts -> Profile tab
3. Select All emails -> the default value is not what the customer wants.
