Element - Auto Entry Not Happening. Eligibility Rule Containing People Group Is Defined

XXX Provision Element- Auto entry not happening
The XXX Provision Element has not been attached to 91 employees in spite of having eligibility.
The employees with the people group 'Expatriate' will be eligible for XXX Provision Element entry and the eligibility rule is also defined.
XXX Provision Element- Auto entry to happen as per Eligibility setup.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Defining eligibility rule;
2. Employees with the people group 'Expatriate' should be eligible for XXX Provision Element entry;
3. XXX Provision Element - Auto entry not happening.
This issue happens for the employees who has values populated in the other segments like Segment e or 3 of people group.
Element Eligibility people group is Expatriate....
Employee people group with no element entry is Expatriate.Normal....
Employee people group with element entry is Expatriate.none.none...,Expatriate.... etc.,
This was working fine till last month and we are seeing this issue from this month only.
We are able to add the XXX Provision Element from Person Management screen.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add/ used accordingly XXX Provision Element (auto entry not happening)
