Inventory Management Menu and Tasks Changes in R13 (Doc ID 2386127.1)

In prior releases, there was a separate "Warehouse Operations" section under which users could create Receipts, Pick Waves, Counts etc.  Currently, users that have the roles 'Warehouse Manager', 'Warehouse Operations' and 'Receiving Agent' assigned cannot find this section/menu anymore after upgrading to R13.

This document clarifies some functional / display changes In R13 with Warehouse/Inventory and Receiving.
