PAE re-enrollment assessment is incorrect

We are testing the PAE re-enrollment process, and it is failing to re-enrol employees who meet the eligibility criteria.

PAE re-enrollment process to re-enroll employees who meet the eligibility criteria.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The employees left or opted out of a QPS more than 12 months before the re-enrollment date - In this scenario they should get re-enrolled;
2. However the PAE calc card component details ‘Reason for exclusion’ is being set to ‘Left QPS 12 or more months ago’. - This is incorrect based on the attached guidance from the pensions regulator.

From the legislative point of view, their's nothing that can be added.

Taking a look at the employee's data and see if it's a match.
If they have previously been enrolled and have since left the scheme, they should be re-enrolled in the next re-enrolment period if they meet the criteria for earnings etc..
If they do meet the criteria and have not been re-enrolled, that would suggest an internal incident investigation.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, PAE re-enrollment process it is failing to re-enroll employees who meet the eligibility criteria.
