Why Bank Account For A Person Is Not Visible In Manage Bank Accounts ?

Goal

Q1. When the Bank Account for an Employee is loaded from PBL the status shows completed but Back Account details is not visible in Manage Bank Account.


The same Bank Account is used in Personal Payment Method and loaded from PBL. The Bank Account details are visible and can be see in the attached screen shot "PPM".
Are there additional roles required to view Bank Accounts linked with Employees or do we need to run any process so they are visible in Manage Bank Account task.

I was not able to find Payroll Batch Loader, So choosing HCM Data Loader.

Q2. Do we have any other process to keep track of Bank Accounts for Employee ?

There might be several situations where a Bank Account is created for an Employee and Personal Payment Method is not yet created.
The person who loads the Bank Account wants to confirm that the load is successful and wants to view the same in UI before prceeding to load PPM.

Can you please let me know what alternative can we follow to keep track of this in UI ?
