Symptoms

Crash report is generated and users are kicked out of Team Member (TM) Mobile when logging in as a specific user. This does not occur for every user. Due to this issue, users cannot log into TM Mobile.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into TM Mobile with iPad as a specific user.
2. Immediately crashes and does not stay logged in.
