Valid Grades mapped on Job (Doc ID 2386635.1)

Customer has grades mapped at the Job level and also set the profile option PER_ENFORCE_VALID_GRADES to Y.

After hiring an employee in some job and after few days if we change the grade mapped to job, we do not see the updated grade in the manage employment.
This will cause the issue that cannot do any other transaction, it gives error valid grade ID for the employee until one change the grade manually.
