Fusion Workforce Compensation: Salary Components are not working during conversion of Pending Worker to Employee in release 12 (Doc ID 2386721.1)

Goal

For release 12, we have got approval for controlled release of salary definition by rates

This works fine except for conversion of employees from Pending worker to Employee

Confirm if we need to enable any additional lookup values

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a New element
2. Check the Salary Component
3. Create a Salary Basis
4. Convert Pending worker to Employee
