Some Users are not Able to View Sales Orders Information in an Embedded Custom Web Tab

Symptoms

Some users are not able to view the sales orders in the report's custom web tab even though both users have the same visibility settings, roles and  the reporting hierarchy and visibility is managed by the Book setting under each user profile. User A reports to user B, and they both have “Full Visibility” under the Historical subject areas setting and “Manger Visibility” under the Reporting subject areas setting. In addition, they both have the “ ALL+” book assigned to their account as the default book and their own user account is assigned to the default book for Analytics. However, when they navigate to the report and enter a Sales Order # in the custom web tab, one is able to see the order information and the other user does not. 

Example:

1.User A  who reports to user B, looks up a Sales Order # in the embedded custom web tab that belongs to User B,  no data is returned

2.When User B looks up a Sales Order # in the embedded custom we tab that belong to User A,  results are returned
