Destination Type Is Displaying - 'Receiving' In The Putaway Stage

Goal
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Receiving
Destination Type is displaying - 'Receiving' in the Putaway stage when the Receipt Routing is Inspection.
The Inspection is Accepted and when user goes into the Putaway task, why the system is displaying the 'Receiving' area.?
Also if user selects the Receiving area and click on submit, he get the error - You must enter the receiving location. (RCV-2445176) whereas the Deliver-to Location is greyed out.
Why the Receiving destination type is showing up there ? How user can remove the 'Receiving' from the Destination Type?
