PROD: Benefit Relationship not refreshing upon Termination.

Client has a number of records that have conflicting information in Benefits Administration / Manage Benefits Relationship. In the bottom section: Relationship Assignment they are showing correctly as "Inactive" but in the top section: Benefit Relationship they are showing as "Active".

In order to properly sync these statuses we have to manually refresh the Benefit Relationship.

As a result of this issue many of Client's terminated employees are receiving Life Events as the system sees their relationship as "Active".

Client tried running the process: Assign and Update Benefit Relationship but unfortunately it's not picking up Terminated employees. Is there another process that I can run? How do these get out of sync?
