 To provide information on how to obtain information around terminating an account with Responsys

Scope

 Intended audience is for an Oracle Customer Success Manager (CSM)

Please DO NOT create a My Oracle Support (MOS) Service Request (SR) with the Responsys Support team.  The Responsys Support team is not involved with the process of terminating accounts. Please work with your CSM for this request. If you do not have a dedicated CSM, you may reach out to the CSM HUB here
