Action drop down within Configure Plan Details page is blank
 
 

STEPS
-----------------------
 
1. Navigate to Compensation > Workforce Compensation Plans
2. Select plan
3. Click on Configure Plan Details
4. Action field is blank and has no values to select from in the LOV
