On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Supplier: Edit Address page, the Province does not appear with the list of values.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In the address format, the list of values option is set for Province so the dropdown should appear on the address page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage Geographies
3. Search for Country Code = IT
4. In the Search Results, click on the check mark under Validation Defined
5. Under Address Style, click Actions > Add or click the + icon
6. Set the Address Style Format to Italian Postal Address Format
7. Set the options under Geography Mapping and Validation for Enable List of Values, Tax Validation, and Geography Validation
8. Click Save and Close
9. On the Supplier: Edit Address page, the Province does not appear with the list of values
