On Documents Server (DOCS), or Content & Experience Cloud Service (CECS).
All users can login to to CECS instance successfully, however user search operations fails to return some users when attempting to perform Member sharing (content) or when searching for users via Administration > Users.
Some users are also (erroneously) appearing in the deprovisioned user list.
