Symptoms

When attempting to view data from a configured dashboard analysis based on Business Process (BP) data, the following message occurs when data should be present for display (and was displaying data previously):

ERROR
-----------------------
No Results
The specified criteria didn't result in any data


STEPS TO DUPLICATE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to OIBEE
  2. Select Dashboard dropdown and choose the associated dashboard
  3. The dashboard analysis, once loaded, displays the associated message no matter what criteria is specified within the dashboard filter prompts.
