After Upgrading From 3.07.09 To 3.07.10 I Get An "Internal Error" During Sync

We are looking to upgrade our Outlook binary and package from version 3.07.09 to 3.07.10. I did this in the test environment. After the upgraded binary was installed I did another sync so that it would download the package. As soon as the system went to obtain the package it failed with an "Internal Error". The package does not appear to have been applied.
