Administrators place the files in Tibco folders. The files are picked up by Tibco which call Oracle Cloud ( one way SSL) through the WSDL below:
The import data returns the call back to Tibco through reverse proxy two way SSL but the calls are failing to reach Tibco. In some of the cases, due to network issues, callback is not reaching callback service defined in TIBCO. Is there a way to resend the callback response?
