Application Error while editing Lead Overview Page in Application Composer (Doc ID 2387785.1)

When attempting to edit the Lead Overview Page in Application Composer,
the following error occurs.

An Application Error Occurred. Please see the incident log for more details.
An Application Error has Occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident 60. Server Domain: FADomain: Server Instance: UIServer_1; Application Name: ORA_CRM_UIAPP

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud Application
2. Navigate to Application Composer
3. Expand Lead Object and edit the Overview Page

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot make any changes in the Overview Page.
