Goal

Qn1: Import Project Plan ended with Status:Succeeded but Import Project Plan Execution Report describes the folowing message:

Message Name : PJT_INVALID_EPS_NODE
Message : The node {DEFAULT_EPS_NODE} is assigned to the project as the assigned node is invalid.

Also, the output file of Import Project Plan just says "FAILURE".

Qn2: After changing EPS Name, the warning message was changed to the following and can not import the Project:

Message Name : PJT_PRJ_CODE_INVALID
Message : Project code ProjectCode01 of the project {EXTERNAL_PROJECT_ID} is invalid.

But they have not created project ProjectCode01 and the data for Import Project Plan does not include ProjectCode01.
In addition, they confirmed the Project Code on Manage Enterprise Project Codes because provided action plan for above message in 3-16511737626:
https://orioniss.us.oracle.com/iss/faces/issviewer/home?context=SR&contextNum=3-16763484551&file=Manage_Enterprise_Project_Codes.mp4

How do we import the project plan ?
Also, if we need to create Project code ProjectCode01 of the project {EXTERNAL_PROJECT_ID}, please elaborate how to create this.

Qn3: PROJECT_EXTERNAL_ID

Type: Text, Max Size: 240

Identifier of the project from the source application.
--------------

1. What purpose is used for PROJECT_EXTERNAL_ID ?
2. There seems to be no unique constraint for PROJECT_EXTERNAL_ID, can we specify any ID like "20180226" for all records ?
If there is the restriction for PROJECT_EXTERNAL_ID like have to enter the unique ID, please let me know if you have any restriction.

Qn4: Even though Project External ID is null, customer can import the projects
