3.07.09 - Synchronization Error After Creating New Account

Goal

Matt mentioned that they are currently on 3.07.06 version & will be getting the update 3.07.09 on Friday
Any user when trying to create a new account, it's throwing an error of "Login failure" during the synchronization but update existing account or creating any new contact works fine
