How to Convert an OSN Only User into a Fusion Applications User?

Information in this document applies to any platform.
There will be times when a user is invited to Oracle Social Network (OSN) but doesn't initially require access to other Fusion Application services such as Sales Cloud. But then later on they require access to Fusion Applications. Previously this was not possible as a new user had to be created. This can be confusing and time consuming. This document describes instead of creating a new user, give the existing OSN user access to Fusion Applications.
