How To Grant Users With View Only Access To SR The Privilege To View Message Data (Doc ID 2388149.1)

On : version, Security Privilege Customization

The customer wants users with View only access to SR to be able to view Message data . They have given their Sales users access to View SRs. The users should also be able to view any Messages that have been created (responses, notes, etc.) for an SR but currently the Message area always says "No data to display" even when they know there is data.

What privileges are needed to be given to the users so they can view the Messages in the SR?
