Cannot Save Layout For OSC Productivity Mobile App

Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.11.0 version, CX Mobile Application

When attempting to create a layout in App Composer,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Sorry! An unexpected error occurred, your application could not be saved. Please contact System Administrator/ Support for further assistance.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Application composer
2. Click on Mobile Application Setup under Common setup section
3. Click on Oracle Sales Cloud Productivity
4. Click on Accounts
5. Click on List and then click on "pages icon" to duplicate the Standard layout
6. Set new name for the layout and click on Ok
7. Add a field (it is not important what field, the problem appears every time you click Save)
7. Click on Save

Due to this issue, users cannot configure the layout in Application Composer.
