Incident error when clicking on All Phone or All Emails

Symptoms

On : 11.13.17.09.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

When attempting to click All Emails and All Phones on Contact Details page,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 246, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_CRM_UIAPP.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a Contact
2. Click All Phones
3. Get error
4. Click All Emails
5. Get error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view all phones and all emials.
